Kendlebell Naas are currently looking recruiting a number of Personal Assistants, be that two full-time staff or 4 part-time staff. Kendlebell Naas have been operating in Naas since 2007. We provide telephone answering and virtual receptionist services to a wide range of clients. Although most of our clients are based in Ireland, we have clients in Europe and Worldwide. Our business is built on delivering exceptional customer service.


The roles advertised are to staff two full time positions as Personal Assistants. How that will be made up may vary. Currently our team work different days, times and so on. With some on 3 fixed days a week, others work 4 days and some are full-time. We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, although most of the team work 9.00am to 5.00pm. The early morning and evening hours shared amongst the team. These positions are in office initially, with hybrid an option after training etc. where suitable. There are no weekend shifts. The people required must have excellent written and spoken English with good keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and to deliver excellent customer service is a must. Previous experience of working in an office is a advantage, but not a requirement.

Full training provided. Excellent attendance and time keeping is a prerequisite for all candidates. €11.50 per hour starting salary, with a review after a successful 6 month trial. Our telephone answering services gives our client’s employees and/or you the ability to focus on the task at hand. Our team or Personal Assistants answer your phone(s), so they can focus on what you need to concentrate on – in many cases generating revenue. Call transferring and diary management would also make up a big part of what we do. Plus, no wasted time on cold calls – time wasters, cold callers, sales people are all screened, before they get to you. Generally our client list is very diverse, solicitors, accountants, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dentists, architects, chartered surveyors, plumbers and many more. Our services are totally customisable.  When a call comes in we take a detailed message which is then relayed to you by email, text or both. Alternatively, calls can be transferred directly to you or your colleagues, on your Direct Dial or mobile phone number. 

Over the last few years, we have recruited, as we have roughly grown at one staff member a year since 2007. Many of our most recent recruits, have been family or friends of current staff, which is testament to the positive team/working culture we have build here.
