Fast and professional debt recovery
Many of our clients ask us from time to time to collect monies owing to them from their customers. Typically, we will work from debtors lists or a list of monies owing provided by the client.
We will make contact by telephone or email and follow up until a satisfactory conclusion is reached on behalf of our clients. We will agree a script and approach so it will be courteous and polite but firm.
In many cases our clients just don’t have the time to follow up and simply by making these calls in a systematic manner, we can encourage payment and a follow up strategy can be devised with the client for those troublesome debtors.
We will report progress back to our client on a regular basis.
